how long would you think it would take to loose about .. 10-20 lbs? if you stopped eating junk food and eat normal. with .. a fair amount of excercise?

and does anyone know any good LEG excercises to get you're inner thighs slimmer?

well you should eat healthy (fruits and veggies mainly. ---fried food and junk food?-dont even think about it) and drink plenty of liquids (avoid soda and drinks with lots of sugar such as coolaid etc. and try drinking water and tea --green tea is realllly good) and exercise alot.

ballet helps you loose fat off of your legs, because you use lots of leg muscles in ballet. try signing up for a beginners ballet class where you will do the basic ballet exercises. it works, because thats how tons of my friends got skinny legs. they started doing ballet about 3 months ago and results came quick. (ive been doing ballet for 8 years, and it does help you. ballet also gets you in shape--and flexible! dancing is fun so.)

I think you should be able to lose about 15 pounds in 3 months. That's a healthy weight lost.

it really depends on how drastic you're changing your eating habits and workout schedule/intensity.

ballet is extremely good for you legs, but really intense if you actually get into it. running is also good.

you might try both.

if the changes are extremely drastic, give it a month/month and a half, but if you still eat a few junk foods every once in a while, or skip a workout, 3 months is a likely amount of time, like the 2 people above me said.

dancing is really good liek ballet and stuff also i think that bike riding (?) helps. well good luck _smile.gif

Wallsit: Self-explanitory no? Basically you put your back against the wall and sit on an invisible chair. After a few seconds, you'll feel the burn in your thighs. If not, you're doing it wrong happy.gif Supposedly, if you do this for 1 minute 5 times a day...you'll get a better ass in 2 weeks a well, but I haven't tried that theory so I wouldn't be able to tell you if it's true or not tongue.gif

Ummm I don't know... it depends.
Just don't lose too much weight in a short period of time, cuz you can get fat again easily.

u can prolly lose 10lbs in like..... 3-4 weeks? if u eat healthy n do minimum exercise.. Cardio that is.

if ur doing lots of exercises.. prolly 2-3 weeks?

eat less than 2000 calories, because if u eat like 2000 calories a day, you 'll stay the same /= i dont know hrms, you should run a lot [=

i dont know anything about how to lose weights on leg... i mean if u run a mile or more...you'll get a fat leg. so i dont know anything about leg, but i sure know about losing pounds...

what i do is... i dont reallie eat these days... just like twice a day... but i think i have metabolism? i dont have dinners... i just eat whenever i feel like eating heh... anyways eat a lot of healthy foods, get rid of junk foods...you can eat junk foods once a week only... but that doesnt mean a one day is a freedom of eating a lot of junk foods...like if u want to eat a chocolate...you can eat only twice...and if u want a hamburger...eat only one... like those meal at fast-food... you can only eat one. anyways try and take a dancing lesson where you can get sweaty...

usually if you have a lot of sweat makes your skin thinner... and not fatter. and go to a lot of saunas too^^;; if you have seen halloween town from disney channel... you'll see that they were trying to find ingredients for their magics and they needed to have a ghost's sweat... so they followed them where he went to this heat box... it's kinda like that... heh

its not very good to lose more than 2 lbs a week, but then again who cares?

If u eat right,exercise, ur bound to lose weight very quickly the first few weeks... u know last year i switched from regular soda to die [ 0 calories] i dropped 10 lbs in a week and a half....thats with exercise of course.
