because you say things like "im the hottest" and "im the coolest" yet say you are joking, therefore some people will say you are cool and some people will laugh because you said you were joking i dont like when people do that, because they are making their statement so that it benefits them from both sides..i find it kind of "sissy" lol....that's just me though, and i find it annoying because i think there is alot of truth in what people say when they are joking and being so sarcastic all the time.
