anway i wanna know how this girl makes these signs i know she doesnt make them with paint shop pro cause she hasnt go it she evan told me but she wont tell me how she makes them so doesn anyone Know??

but she didnt do it with any of that stuff maybe she did it with a bar u know like a generator but how though have any of u people go an idea!!

So basically you're saying, she didn't use ImageReady or Animation Shop? And you know that she told you this, but she won't tell you what she uses?

ImageReady and Animation Shop are the only programs I know that can make things animated.

I am really sure that she used either Imageready or Animation Shop. You can't make those with generators.
Either
A: She didn't make them at all
or
B: she has no idea what she is talking about.

I go with B. It's either ImageReady or Animation Shop...How come she told you all the programs that she didn't make it with, but not the one she did make it with? Strange.

[[edit]] Okay, I went to her site. The one that says Britt something has to be ImageReady or Animation Shop and it is possible to do it with those programs

The one with the pink stars, the only thing I can come up with is that she made a lot of layers in Photoshop and pixel stretched each one.

As for the glitter one, you'll have to find that tutorial online and use Animation Shop...There's a tutorial somewhere on createblog or google it up.
