There is nothing wrong with dieing your hair a "non normal" color. My god sis got kicked out of school for dieing some of her hair pink. So alot of our friends our dying our bangs diff. colors.. mine is pinkish/orangish/copperish/prettyish! There is nothing with trying to beat the rules right?

thats stupid. only thing i have against that is like...ppl trying to act all punk or whatever and wearing all of a sudden a lot of shag bracelets and converses and being like, " blah blah has this new single out on z100!" when that song has been out for three years on krock and on cd.

1.] I don't see how dyeing your hair a non-natural tone causes for you to be labeled as a punk, poser, whatever. It's just hair color. Why stick it to one "group" type of people?
2.] Yes, school rules on hair color, in my opinion, is uneccessary. They say it's to keep things from being disruptive in the class environment. Believe it or not, my old junior high didn't care of what color your hair was. Some people had blue and red, or even pink streaks in their hair. No one's class work was disruptive. I really don't get that.
3.] It's our hair. No theirs. They're just again trying to stamp out our self-expression and creativity.
Conformity is starting to bite, people.

That's a stupid reasont o get kicked out of school. This girl I know changed the tips of her hair a different color like every other moth. I have seen her with blue tips, orange tips, red tips, hot pink tips, and purple tips. It looks great on her and it basically si her own way of expressing her personality. I think its cool how you and your friends are dying your hair colors to support her. Rock on!! ^_^

no, there's nothing wrong with that- that's so stupid what happened to her. eh, at my school, kids dye their hair all different kinds of color, and nothing has happened to them, i think.

well it would be stupid if they did it on purpose just to break the rules when [if and only if] they know that it`s against the rules. [depending on your school.]
they allow it at my school. my friend dyed her hair colors that were patriotic.

my best friends lil sis did most of her hair pink, it makes her look hot. Dyeing your hair is fine up here in alaska, it shows your individuality, plus it makes peopel look cool. I say u should complain to the school and if they dont care, look it up in a manual to see if its really againts the rules, like if it specificily says that u can NOT change your hair color, if it doesnt say anything againts that then take it up with the court.

Argh. All of the people in my school have either black or really, really, really dark brown hair. We're not allowed to dye our hair but I see people dying them really, really dark natural brown anyway

its because its "distracting the learning process" if its an "extreme hair color" .. at my school, if u dye ur hair or get highlights, they have to be natural. and guys cant dye their hair at all, or spike it if it`s over 1in.

why would dying your hair an unnatural color get you in trouble? it's soo stupid! if i had it my way i'd have like blue hair or something. unfortunately there's two things in my way. one is money and the other i like to call mom.
