Full Version: Buttermilk Pecan Pie

Ingredients
1/2  c  Butter 
2  c  Sugar 
2  ts  Vanilla 
3    Eggs 
3  tb  Flour 
1/4  ts  Salt 
1  c  Buttermilk 
1    Pie shell, 9" unbaked 
1/2  c  Pecans, chopped

Instructions
1.  Preheat oven to 300F. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, adding 1/2 cup sugar at a time. Blend in vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Combine flour and salt; add small amounts at a time. Add buttermilk. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pie crust; pour custard mix over the pecans and bake 1 hour 30 minutes at 300F. The top browns as it cooks. Best served at room temperature

Eeww pecan pie!! I rather take out the pecan haha. "fluffy" sound make it more delicious hehe. Hmm.. wana make it for me? i'll give you a flower. here you go anyways. heh yeah random i know. im hyper. sorry. it's just THAT IM HUNGRY!! i have fast-metabolism hehe.

I heard on some research program that margarine is bad for you. Because.......well.........I don't realli know if this fact is true but it was originally black..............and well, margarine isn't that good for your body....... ermm.gif And well....eversince my parents saw that on TV, then never bought margarine again..................weird.....and strange but there was a program about margarine and how its not good for you!
