insted get her into a conversation, make sure u know her, then after a little bit tell her, writing her a note may be good if your scared, but make sure its really romantic with roses and stuff..girls like roses, oh and poetry!

you should tell her but first you have to know if she likes you back. If she doesn't and you tell her you like her, then every time you see her you will feel rejected and probably can never look at her without embrassment

if u wanna do it in a romantic way here's how: write her a lil cute note and attach it to the most adorable teddy bear u can find (a small teddy bear) and put it in her locker or desk along wit a rose. thats so romantic! lol. ............or u can do wat everyone else said...go up to the girl and tell her.

its kind of hard to go tell someone that you like them straightforward, but maybe you should try to confront her, or write her a letter if u cant talk to her or tell her to her face, maybe u should do it on the phone or online, you should hurry up before you lose her, u never know if she has feelings for you or not gooood luck
