Yeah, these are easy to make and very yummy. Yeah, I do have low fat recipes...but...they're somewhere in my cabinet. =P
2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
5 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup [6 ounces] semisweet chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, combin the first seven ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick iserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
Makes about 3 dozen brownies.
