QUOTE(Ingredients)
One 15-ounce can cream style corn
One 11-ounce can cut corn
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces light sour cream

------------------------
1. In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and cook just until thoroughly heated.

It must be LIGHT sour cream. Heavy sour cream will make the soup thick and unpleasant. cool.gif This is good on warm days.
