8 ounces light sour cream

1. In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and cook just until thoroughly heated.
It must be LIGHT sour cream. Heavy sour cream will make the soup thick and unpleasant.
