yeah, same here. i wear a bra to sleep because i'm used to it. and i seriously doubt that it'll give you breast cancer. breast cancer is hereditory, so i don't think there's any other way to get it unless its from your genes or something.

i dont think it'll GIVE you cancer, but its not gonna help in anyway...my mom had breast cancer so we have a bunch of books and pamplets about it. and i remember reading something about how you just should wear it.

they said that when you sleep you release the "poison" that's inside of you and if you keep the bra on, you cant release the poison so then it gathers.

actually, my mom was doing research and it says that by wearing a bra while sleeping, it INCREASES your chances of getting breast cancer. doesnt mean you will get it, just means you have a higher chance of getting it. i cant remember whats so bad about specifically, i just know that by wearing a bra, you are restricting something vital for your breasts.

I always sleep with my bra on. I heard from alot of older women that they regret not wearing one everynight becuase of how they look now. WEaring one now well keep them from sagging later on. I doubt it'll harm you.
