How many times do you scan your computer for viruses or adaware thingy or other stuff? I scan mine a LOT because of xanga. >.< And I find like 35 thingys for that adaware check. Blah..

When do you know you need to check it? I do mine when my explorer starts lagging. :D

i scan whenever i get alot more pop ups then i usually get, and when my comp is acting up...yep thats when i scan

i do it every week and clear the catches and cookies everyday and i have norton so its a big help for keeping viruses out

i scan with ad-aware everyday and defrag at least every other day, because of damn xanga, and that shizz lags me in cs @.@

I scan when my computer's like acting really slow and there's a lot more pop-ups then usual, soooo ya.

whenever i turn on the computer it does this Nortan Anti Virus thingy...so like everyday lol

yeah i have this thing that pops up and scans it every 2 weeks or something like that so yeah. or if something weird is happening to my computer.

For my new computer, all the time. Like 2 times a day. Even though it's not connected to the internet. :D

before i used to doit everyday. I did it cuzi would get so much stuff inmy computer, but now i learned how to make the computer be protected and soi do it once a week.

i scan for ad/spyware at least once weekly. i scan for viruses every month, or when i know my pc got infected ;o

Whenever IE gets slow, or if I'm having trouble with the computer in general.

I never lag, But I clear out Ad and Spyware every day.

i dont scan mine since i have norton antivirus and i never turn off the auto-protect..

only when it comes up automatically...i have McAfee and adaware and something else or other. they all come up at random times and i let them do what they want. i have to do it sometimes though because if i dont my stepdad does and hr also erases my cookies and i dont like to sign into things real often

I used to scan like once a day. Now I scan once a week.
I don't think Norton AntiVirus is really good. I made it scan this file that I was sure was a virus and it told me no infection found.

I have REAL-TIME scanning for my Viruses, so, I don't need to scan often.

I scan about once a week using all my adaware and spyware destroyers and norton antivirus.

I do my Ad-Aware every week or so even though i should do it more...and my scan my computer with Norton every two weeks or so...i know, more often!...lol

i do it every week with spybot search and destroy and it usually finds 300. lol. no serioously. it finds like 200-300 each week and i go like whoa, now thats a lot of adaware! but i usually scan for viruses with mccaffee too.

Viruses never..they program I have died and I'm too lazy to get a new one.
