u mean like a falling dream? i have those sometimes..and if u mean just randomly jump.. that happens too....cuz when i try to doze off in 2nd and third period..that happens alot :-p

Yeah, that happens to me. I'm sleeping and then suddenly I jump and then go right back to sleep. That happens to everyone, I think.

Yes! That happens to me often! It is so weird cause i just wake up immediately, with a big jolt. It only happens when i have a dream where im falling.

That happens to me!
I was dreaming I was kayaking in the rapids, then all of a sudden, I fell down Niagra Falls.
When I got to the bottom, I kinda physically jumped and woke up after.

It happens to me aswell. I had it recently and its like i started to doze off and all of a sudden i jumped. Then i go right back to sleep. Its kinda freaky

Sleeping is a form of astral-projection. This is different from a dream. In a dream your body is in REM. In astral-projection one goes where he or she wants to be the most. The "falling" is your soul or whatever going back into your body. Have you ever had nights where this occurs and when you wake up in the morning you're tired?

Oh man do I hate when that happened....Ihad a dream my car got out of controle and flew off a brdige, and then right when I hit the water I jumped up and when back to sleep! That scares me everytime.

that happens to me. its mostly whenihave a dream and i feel like if ima fall i do that or when i hear a loud sound and it scares me. AND in class.

Oh wow, I remember when I was a little girl, I would dream I jumped all the way down the stairs and I always woke up right before i hit rock bottom.
