im a bit confused on how to make the xanga skin... i look at the post that says bout making a skin but i still dont get it..... i only have microsoft paint and the directions r for APP i think.....

You can still make your layout on Paint...just construct a shape for you blog and add in pictures by pasting it on your Paint canvas.

You can make a Xanga Skin using anything, but if you really would like a high quality skin with abstracts, text shadowing, and such, you would need a program like Adobe Photoshop or Jasc Paint Shop Pro
