i have the code for a scrolling picture marquee but i want to know how i can put pictures i have on my desktop instead of pictures from the internet.....does anyone know what i'm saying?

upload them from a site that holds webspace for people, or set up a http server on your harddrive like what i did.. *my second idea is a bit risky tho*
