Randomly my head starts hurting like a b*tch, and then my vision goes all red. It usually happens when I get up, and it's really f*ckin annoying.

haha... i use 2 smoke long time ago.. so i get lung problems here and then.. i get very weak when it starts 2 hurt... i have to lean on something also... maybe you should go see a doctor... it might be serious

I get that too... my doctor says that its just me getting up too quickly after sitting for too long or staring at something too long (at the computer or reading etc) and the blood rushes to your head too fast. Nothing too worry about. Just a pain. Let your eyes adjust before getting up after staring at something for a long time... Hope that helps

The only problem I have related to this is my eyes sticking when I wake up. I sleep in my contacts. I know I shouldnt but its too much of a beotch to go through every morning. I dont like wearing my glasses so I gotta do what I gotta do. My eyes get bloodshot from my contacts too. Even after I put solution in them. But yeah, just take it easy in the mornings. Wake up a little earlier so you have plenty of time if you have too.

I went to the doctor because it was happening to me too, and this is what she told me:

When you lay down or sit down for a while the fluid in your ears... (Yes, You have fluid in your ears.) moves around. And when you get up quickly the fluid needs to settle. And the pain and the loss of vision happens when it is settling... So that is why... Or if you don't have enough fluid in your ears ... You might be dehydrated... So if you don't have enough fluid in your ears as well it happens... Drink fluids with electrolytes in it... Such as gatorade...

it happens to me when i just get up frum bed or frum sumplace usually when i sit there for hours on end.... its more of a blackout/ faint kinda feeling.... its lyk u r half way to fainting but u still got sum control ova ur body
