i'd choose either ashlee simpson or Jojo b/c they both have good looks but like ashlee simpson pales compared to Jojo in voice b/c shes like 14 and sings like shes 20. its amazing how shes only that old and shes that good :)

But i'd choose Alicia Keyes as a female singer over any other- shes a good singer and pianist.

I like JoJo's voice. It's not digitalized like every other teen pop singers are. And she writes her own songs! (not really sure)
But I am very disappointed that she decided to wear that low-cut red dress in the "Baby It's You" music video. Shes only thirteen or fourteen!!

Hilary can't act OR sing. Raven is a good comedian.
Lindsay dresses a bit slutty, but still good in acting. Ashlee is just the girl next door, still living in the shadows of Jessica but she's not bad. JoJo has a good voice but acts mature, and she's not bad looking.

Ashlee Simpson for sure. Shes so independent, showing everyone just cause Jessica is her sister, it doesnt mean they follow the same path. Plus shes rock so I love her <3
