Um, I eat good, I love salad, eat it everyday with lunch, I have my snickers everyday..even though its bad lol i love em!! But I joined a gym..I'm trying to get that babyfat off my stomach and get those beyonce legs..

same.once my mom took me to the doctor's to check why im so short nd skinny.then i had an xray crap nd i found out my bones are like 10 nd a haf years old wen i am 13.hhaa..that doesnt have to do wif the topic but ohwellz! =)

i shouldnt be saying nothing cuz i gianed wieght. =( ususally i stay active. i do excersie like running and also doing sports in school.

for me...i have a fast metabolism and i always hear ppl saying that im too skinny, i mean i cant help it, plus i eat some much food even junk food x] but other wise i dont excercise or do any physical things that help me lose weight i dont need too lol im 13 and weight 85 pounds..

I run cross country which is around 3 miles per day. I don't drink pop because of cross country. (It takes water out of your spine and calcuim out of your bones.)

I don't do anything. I eat all the time..I just have a really fast metabolism so if I don't eat I gain weight.

I eat 2 meals a day, and have snacks in between those two meals. Then I jog a mile and walk another mile in the evening.

I have a freakishly slow metabolism.

I never have time to workout except during the hols. So whenever I fell fat I just eat smaller quantities of food. That works coz I do lose weight.

I never starve myself. I know better than to do that.

Well... I laugh alot and it's like a workout for my stomach lol But really, i don't exactly skip meals cos I actually like to exercise (i wish I could go to the gym and lift weights and run on a tred mill) but sometimes I skip meals cos I have no apetite for it. My parents are like "You need some foooooD! you're getting so skinnny!!" but i'm only losing weight in my upper body -_-;;..

I play tennis on satudays and we run like hell so I think that's starting to keep me fit ...but once a week isn't enough.

yeah me too! my guy friend's like that [Brien, his xangEr's in my sig]! and so is my other friend.. blink.gif I'm not as skinny as them [as a rail laugh.gif ] .I'm skinny, though. I run and do excersises. I've taken ballet lessons and I've been in cheerleading =] so that helps..I have a 4 pack going on 6 & I'm only 11! I just mainly excersise i guess rolleyes.gif

im slim...but not boney body o.o;; anyways i just eat a lot of fruits and... well i have fast metabolism so yeah ehh and i dont have big boobs haha... nor flat chested..just medium... i like how my body is... dont want to change it

ehh im trying to lose weight... but when i feel stressed or something i like to go outside and jog, i used to do yoga too but havent had time to. if im bored i do crunches, sit ups or wall sits. as for eating i eat whatever i want but i stay away from the greasy foods.

i'm skinny because of heredity so i dont have anything to really be worried about. however.. i dont eat lunch just because i hate the feeling of being full at school. but what do i know. im crazy.

Umm. Instead of eating like 3 huge meals a day, i eat a little every 2 hours. Just do NOT skip your normal meals because believe it or not, that will make you gain more weight that you lose in the long run. Eating a little every 2 - 3 hours actually increases your metabloism too. + Don't forget to exercise. Mine is just some crunches + playing 2 hours of tennis everyday. If its something you enjoy then its not hard to just get out and be active. _smile.gif

i excersize and eat smaller portioned meals that dont have too many calories, sugars, and fats....carbs are good for anyone as long as theyuse them! if you excersize youll burn the carbs but if you dont they turn into sugars and THATS why carbs are bad

the only 'work outs' i do are the ones we do in dance, which i have every other day. we do like 20 crunches, 20 to the right, 20 the left, 20 normal ones, 20 push ups, arm exercises, and like a shiznitz more. yeah we do a lot.

-at least 10 hours of physical activity, if not more.

That's about it for me. Who cares about carbs, calories, and...fats. I don't. The vegan thing comes in really handy for having no pimples and being underweight.

It's getting unhealthy though, I need to gain a LOT of weight.

i'm fine with my body.

well i have like... 2 meals a day b/c i don't have time for breakfast. yea yea its bad, i know. but i also go to the gym for at least an hour every day.

iuno.. my bodys kinda weird, i gain a lil over the weekend cause i have time to eat, but on weekdays i lose weight and lose 2-3 sizes.....only because my school makes us run 1.5 miles every other day...i do winsor pilates every other day, and ride my bike home from school which is like a mile..

I just keep myself busy with theatre. Because if I am not busy I will eat, eat, eat! I try to get two meals a day since I am not hungrey for lunch ever! And your not supposed to eat when you are not hungrey! biggrin.gif

hmm, over the summer i had some issues with the whole starvationg thing...but i worked it out., it really waasnt fun, and i would never reccomend it

but now i just watch what i eat and do pilates....

i heard that in order to increase ur metabolism, you can work w/ weights. makes ur metabolism faster=]

Well, I drink water, milk and gatorade and try to lower on the sodas. Even though I have much time to exercise, I never do because I'm so lazy. But everyday after school I walk around the buildings because I have to wait an hour for my mom so I walk about 65 rounds! I guess that's my work out. Haha. happy.gif Sometimes I feel like I'm getting fat though. cry.gif

Meeee? grr* i suck at that kinda stuff so im lucky to be in the shape i am right now. i have that whole hour glassthingie going on..but my stomach is a lil flabby. (when im being good) i just drink lots of ater, do 60 situps a day and it helps to eat cooked meals most night instead of eating out. home cooked meals are just healthier.

hmmm... well i am in ROTC and every week we run like a mile and exercise, i take PE, and in cheerleading we run. then i come home and do crunches [almost!] every night. i also drink 3 glasses of water daily. I dunno if it makes a diff. but it makes me feel better! happy.gif

i run alot afterschool when i have time.. that and eat healthy. .its really easy, i dont know why people fuss over it
