Hey umm I'm using the ImageShack hosting and I'm trying to upload something I made on psp.. but it doesn't work.. why not?

did you save it in the correct formats? the image types allowed there are jpg, jpeg, png, gif, and swf

yea what he said. you probally saved it aa a .psp document imageshack doesnt support that file extension
