How long does the average relationship last at your grade/school?

Well.

For 7th grade, it's about 2, 3 weeks. (pathetic, I know)
For 8th grade (my grade), it's about 6 weeks. (Still pathetic)
I don't know about 9th. I'm guessing it's more than 6, though.

The people at my school go through so many boyfriends/girlfriends in one school year. -_- It's pathetic.

I am happy to say that I went over those amounts.
14 weeks. Oh, yeah.

I don't keep count, Brie..lol I didn't have a bf until I was 15. My ex who was flirting with another girl (I Broke his heart twice) so it lasted about 2 weeks with me and him.

My current bf. One month. 7.25.04. :D

im not sure..but i guess at my high school it all depends on the couple
some are less than a week, some go out for a few weeks, months or years..
but some of my friends who have boyfriends or girlfriends already, have been going out for months or even years now

yeah it all depends on the couple...theres some that last for days, weeks, months, years...so yeah! i'm going on 11 months now myself.

eh..it all depends how old you are. relationships in middle school and high school really don't matter...most couples break up after hs. my bf and i didn't go to school together, hes 3yrs older than me..and we've been together since 7/23/03

um.. wen i was a 7th grader... it was 2months for me hah and for my 8th and 9th grade, it was 1year and 4months =]

I'm in seventh grade and the "relationships" here lasts about...hmm... a month or two at the most.

Ha. At my school only the 'popular' people have relatinships. They last about 6 mouths.

Yeah. Same here. But a nerd or two "hook up" every once in a while, and they last a LOT longer than the "KEWLIEZ PPLZ"

hmm at my school, most relationships last 3 months or more

well, it really depends on the couple. some relationships last a couple of days, weeks, even months. and some relationships are still going strong. eh, my last relationship lasted around 4 months.

in my high school it usually last a pretty long time.. except for those lil players that changes one every once in a while.. however mine are short.. but i dont date guys in my school so its all good..

im in 7th grade (actually starting tomorow im in 8th hehe) and at my school some people started "going out" in like 5th grade, which to me is too young. cause theyre obiously not serious and stuff. they last a while though cause theyre friends. but at my age, its usually only a few weeks, and they hardly do any "going out" together. its more just to say "i like her, she likes me.. we like each other together."
i dunno. lol we're just a bunch of catholic school kids trying to break outta the shell.

I don't know. It depends on what people we're with. Many variations of personalities and stuff.

All I know is that Jr. HS students are pretty young to date. But, it's kinda cute in a way too. I'm on my way to HS, now. But we all got plenty of time to look for our 'true' mate, right?

mine has been well 2 years and that was in junior high...but now today is my four months with my current boyfriend.

in middle school, relationships dont last long because kids are so immature at that age. in high school they last a bit longer but they still aren't mature relationships for the most part. wait til college, it'll get better.

depends on the couple but in my old school-- sixth grade: ranged from 1 DAY (lol yupp day) to 2 weeks
seventh- 3-4 weeks
eighth- 5 to a few months but again, it depends on the couple... i know someone who went out for a few hours they actually called it a "bf/gf relationship"
