this shouldn't be in the intro.
you post it up in the xanga skin forums.
attachment are like this you want to post up that you can upload from your computer onto CB

You have to PM a design or xanga staff (can't remember which) and fulfill the requirements to submit it. (requirements in xanga skins forum)
Attachments are where you put up a picture that you don't want to upload to something like photobucket.
