i tried lookinq for a tutorial for ps for the qrunqe dots .. is it a pattern or somethinq ? yea .. anywayes i need help ..

Did you even look?

make 2 seperate windows of your image, on 1, decrease it by 2 then it should have those x's and be black and white then just add that as a new layer on top of your other picture then set layer to overlay/burn.
