I use to run cross country and i sprained my knee and all the cartilage is gone in my right knee. That took six weeks to heal before i could train and compete again. Umm... then i was a klutz and sprained my left ankle

AND busted the capillaries AND stretched the tendons and ligaments around the ankle. THAT took me another six weeks to heal... needless to say, i quit the team.
Feel better. Don't forget to ice the ankle and prop it up!
