Are Blogger and Xanga the same thing? Becuase I saw some Blogger skins I liked but I wanted to make sure they were the same thing before using it.

nope there diffrent xanga skins can sometime work in blogger but i dont think blogger skins can work with xanga

Blogger is much more customizable, but to code Blogger you actually need a pretty extensive knowledge of HTML.
