we all know alot of the guys in createblog workout ay? tell us anythin that has to do with your workout (tell us yo workout, ask for advice,a few words, etc.)-
Me? to lazy to type so ill cut straight to the chase-i split it in 4 days

day 1-arms, shoulders,forearms and **** & a short post-run
day 2-legs & a short post-run
day 3-abs nd back & a short post-run
day 4 rest

-repeat-
DrEaMgUy2K1
3-4 sets of 15 bench press
2 sets of 50 sit ups
Overhead thingies with dumbells (worksout ur triceps)
2 sets of 25 dips
2 sets of 10 pull ups
3 sets of 10 Curls w/Curl Bar
3 sets of 25 Alternative Bicep Curls
2 sets of 100 crunches
2 sets of 10 Squats
3 sets of 30 push ups
Run on tredmill for 30 minutes
then to burn out my workout i do the Ab Bootcamp routine

This is every single day btw lol , i play tennis and u gotta move around alot...so i dont really need to work on my legs

get up walk 20 feet to the fridge to get drink
sit down
sleep

my old workout:

day one:
bench: doing.. 5, 3, 3, 2, 1. lbs: 95lbs, 115lbs, 115lbs, 135lbs, 140lbs
tricept: bar pull down 3 set of 5 of 100lbs
shoulders: bumbell death 3 set of 5... 14lbs n 20 lbs -_-
military press: 3 set of 5... 20lbs, 25lbs...
Back: Lat pull down: 3 set of 5... 80lbs, 90lbs, 90lbs

day 2:
squats doing 5, 3, 3, 2, 1... 90lbs, 160lbs, 180lbs, 230lbs, 250lbs
incline bench: 3 set of 5... 95lbs, 115lbs, 135lbs
hypers: 3 set of 10... with 25lbs...
reverse hypers.. 3 set of 10 (no weights)
tricept bar: 3 set of 5... 95lbs, 113lbs, 115lbs

then we would go into the wrestling room... n run the mat.. sprints, high knees, butt kicks, shots, the criss cross.. forgot >.<, umm... n more running...

after running.. we would do agilities.. we front roll across the mat.. back rolls, cartwheels, handsprings, shots, more cartwheels... dive rolls, n more rolls.. we get dizzy sick.gif haha...

umm after that... we do... drills.. repeat shots, throws, pins, n more.. like 75 times.. n we get a water break yey dribble.gif

n after water.. live wrestling... TONS of live wrestling.. after for 30 mins of live wrestling.. water break ^_^ hehe...

after water.. more wrestling n drilling.. n learn more moves..

later.. more live wrestling >.< n water =D

hmm... n we would be done for the day... walk the mat.. runn n do out call..

i would go through 3 litters of water or gatorade in one practice.. which is 4 hours..
its 4 days a week.. thank god >.< haha

thats my old one... ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^



the new one for the school year is gunna be 4x harder n with 5 heaters in the room -_-... ill prolly go through.. like 5-7 shirts haha

Uh. I don't work out.

Run on treadmill for 15 min. Each min alt from fast to slow each min startin with slow.

Then 10 picking up weight thingies with each arm.

Well mondays, and thursdays i do arms

Monday: Bench, %75 of max = 1x8, %85x of max=2x6, %65 of max=1x16
Then Curls 3x8 of what feels comfortable
Then some machines
Then some lateral raises
then some chin lifts and then push ups

I do the same on thursday cept replace bench with incline

Tuesdays and fridays i do legs
Squats: Same %75 1x8, %85 2x6, %65 1x16
Then dead lifts, jump ups, lunges, step ups and then sit ups.

On fridays i replace squats with cleans

oh yeah i work out 1 hour each day then 3 hours of conditioning outside

this sucks...summer of 2003 i had pretty visible abs...not like an ultimate six pack but i was workin on it during the shcool year...now this summer i lose it all i just got a lil two pack left lol i gotta start wworkin harder on my abs....thats what happens when u eat and eat and eat. =) but i started working out again! fear not! happy.gif

I just work my arms out, that's it. My abs are ok, yet I don't work it out.

Every Tuesday and thrusday i do this:

1 Hr. of Advanced Karate
30 minetes in the weight room... All Arms and Abs...
30 swimming in the pool.

gymnastics - 8:30 AM- 12:30 PM

1 and 1/2 hours of conditioning and flexibility work
-30 minutes arms and legs
*200 step ups
*4 sets of push backs
*4 sets of seal walks
*30 sqaut thrust pushups
*5 rope climbs, hold v-sit at top for 60 seconds each
*25 leg swings each side with resistance band
*30 pullups
*lift 5 lb weights 40 times
*10 handstand holds for 60 seconds each

-30 minutes abs
*25 sit ups each side (legs to the right, left, middle)
*50 bycicles
*60 lemon squeezers
*60 v-ups
*200 hollow rocks
*50 seat lifters

-15 minutes for anything else (butt, back, chest, etc)

-15 minutes of splits in hyperextension
*right leg split.
*left leg split.
*straddle split.

then vault, bars, beam, floor for the remaining time.

gymnastics - 6-8PM

bars - 45 minutes

tumbling or vault - 45 minutes

Conditioning - 30 minutes
*200 hollow rocks
*50 toe raises each way
*50 firehydrants
*5 sets of 10 planch pushups
*3 sets of 10 handstand pushups

I got vball now so its like stupid conditioning for 30 minutes and drills for 3 hours. burns my Big Mac fats cry.gif

i do that too. :-P (plus my whole gymnastics schedule thing that i posted above). i play on heavy. so do most of my gymnastics friends so we all have ddr tournaments and stuff. even my coach plays. xD

2 hours a day, 6 days a week

75 wall jumps
150 half-crunches
Sit against the wall for about 2 minutes...(trust me this is hard)
40 push ups
50 3 step slides
Running 3 Figure 8's-1 w/slides, 1/ jumps, 1/sprinting
3 karaoke's

Few other things, I play DDR sometimes to...I used to be good at it... _dry.gif

during the week in the gym I workout 3-4 days
day 1: push(chest, tricep, shoulder)
day 2: pull(back, bicep, traps)
day 3: legs and grip
4: accessory and olympic lifts
saturdays: specific strongman events(tire, stones, farmer, log, conans, etc)

at the end of every workout I add a plyometric or cardio/endurance exercise as well


currently preparing for the September 18th Xenia strongman contest

Sounds like my sister's schedule. LOL. But she doesn't have the morning workout... cause they're in school. After school from 5-9ish, five days a week. I don't have a set workout schedule... i just go to the gym and go swimming whenever i'm free wink.gif

DDR ROXZ!!!!!!! i luv playin it, itz so fun, but i play 4 more dan an hour, i usually play 4 lyke 3 hours or sumthin, i do lyke various versions, DDR 1-Max2
