my old workout:
day one:
bench: doing.. 5, 3, 3, 2, 1. lbs: 95lbs, 115lbs, 115lbs, 135lbs, 140lbs
tricept: bar pull down 3 set of 5 of 100lbs
shoulders: bumbell death 3 set of 5... 14lbs n 20 lbs -_-
military press: 3 set of 5... 20lbs, 25lbs...
Back: Lat pull down: 3 set of 5... 80lbs, 90lbs, 90lbs
day 2:
squats doing 5, 3, 3, 2, 1... 90lbs, 160lbs, 180lbs, 230lbs, 250lbs
incline bench: 3 set of 5... 95lbs, 115lbs, 135lbs
hypers: 3 set of 10... with 25lbs...
reverse hypers.. 3 set of 10 (no weights)
tricept bar: 3 set of 5... 95lbs, 113lbs, 115lbs
then we would go into the wrestling room... n run the mat.. sprints, high knees, butt kicks, shots, the criss cross.. forgot >.<, umm... n more running...
after running.. we would do agilities.. we front roll across the mat.. back rolls, cartwheels, handsprings, shots, more cartwheels... dive rolls, n more rolls.. we get dizzy

umm after that... we do... drills.. repeat shots, throws, pins, n more.. like 75 times.. n we get a water break yey
n after water.. live wrestling... TONS of live wrestling.. after for 30 mins of live wrestling.. water break ^_^ hehe...
after water.. more wrestling n drilling.. n learn more moves..
later.. more live wrestling >.< n water =D
hmm... n we would be done for the day... walk the mat.. runn n do out call..
i would go through 3 litters of water or gatorade in one practice.. which is 4 hours..
its 4 days a week.. thank god >.< haha
