Well gangsters aren't exactly a race. And who said that white girls can't be gangsters. There are plenty of white girl gansters, errr, well I'm making assumptions. But what do you mean exactly? Like how almost all japanese girls dye their hair so it isn't black? So you're asking like if that's hot? I don't really find that to be hot I guess, well, it depends on how the girl looks after she's done whatever she's done, sometimes it is just uncool.
