Anyhow, how can one develop a relationship from what could be a normal crush to a full fledged bf-gf gig?

You keep going on forums asking for relationship advice. It will pull through some day. Trust me.

be kind to them i guess. or try helping them out sometimes when they need it or when they don't

get to know them and take the risk of rejection ;]

i guess you try get to know them and become friends and stuff but not to the point where you're like bro n sis.. but anyways at one point you jus ask em out i guess...

yeah.. help them but not alot.. i helped to much and now they think of me as the brother they never have.. damn it!

eh, get to know them, become their friend. talk to them a lot, flirt, and then ask her out.

be nice, smile a lot, and when you're talking to him (or her) use their name. it makes it more personal. eventually if they feel the same way things will fall into place. ask them to hang out with some friends sometime if you feel like its that time

i actually don't really know how my relationships become what they are. they just do... haha... i guess it's all in time. hope that made sense.
