u take the top of the soda cap out.. the blue part. then take scissors or a knife and make a slit in the middle. rip out the middle of it and so u have like just the outter part. then u gotta stretch it like really slowly or it will break. its like.. if u break it then u have to kiss that person or something..

They're not "sex bracelets" they're referred to as make-out bracelets where 'm from.. Where you take the center plastic part out of the soda bottle cap and cut it and stretch it. When a guy breaks it he either has to kiss you or make out with you, which I think is kinda lame if you ask me. If someone wants to kiss you so much, then they should just do it.. Not break a bracelet as proof of permission. I don't wear them because the faggoty guys go for me anyways. Some preps do too, but mostly the faggoty ones with no girlfriends that just want sex..
