I like the vector, it's well done. I like the effect you used to make her glow a little. The gradual transition you made to slowly bring about the blue background is nice. Maybe add a little blue to the scrollbar [just a suggestion].

i love the vector and the background, but the font is hard to read. it loads kind of slowly. the guestbook is neat.

this layout is for IE and Opera only, btw. and my resolution is 1280x1024. so yeah you probably wont see the whole background if your resolution is smaller than mine and if you use firefox or something, the divs will misalign.

but what i don't get is, there is always layouts bigger than my resoltuion, they have a bottom scrollbar so i can scroll sideways, yours doesn't.
