yep, those would work also. but then for the orange juice, if you don't squeeze it yourself there's going to be excess sugar. and if you don't burn that sugar off right away, it'll be converted to fat to be used as energy later on. milk makes you full because of the protein in it, but then if you don't get the 2% of the nonfat one there's excess fat in it. which isn't good. they both work, but you have to get the right ones.
