uh, whatever you want. i suggest samsung or motorola, but those aren't your choices..

my dad dropped his old motorola flipphone "at the pool" so he got a new motorola cellphone with cam which looks pretty awesome.

I suggest an LG VX6000. That's what I have, anyways. It's a pretty nice camera phone with lots of gaming capabilities.

This thread is kinda misleading since in the title you're asking about what brand of phone eg. Sony Ericsson, Nokia, etc, then in the actual post you're asking what mobile phone provider you should get eg T-Mobile, Cingular, Sprint, At&T etc. So yea, I'm assuming you're talking mobile phone provider.
