Even if he's just a kid, that's not appropriate for him to be touching or talking to you that way. Heck. He shouldn't do those things to you at all.
Immature nits like that will always think of you as a bitch just because you won't let them feel you up.
They insist on having total and complete control over you and any form of protest will anger them.
Either way, you have to put your foot down and set him straight.
I'd tell your parents if I were you.
If you don't speak up, it could get worse.
Either that, or have a can of pepper spray on hand and when he starts getting all chummy, give him a huge dosage in the eye.
