Okay guys, if you remembered me writing Flashbacks (if you even read it) or you read the old post I had put up here, you'll know that I'm planning to write another book.
The new plot to my story is:

~

It's set back in 1953. A 17yr old girl who's obsessed with a famous Hollywood actor (and we're talking REALLY obsessed) decides to make it big in the movies, just to meet him. Along the way, she meets a gangster, who helps her on her career and have her name up in lights in Hollywood. The only problem is that the gangster falls in love with her, but she doesn't love him.
When she becomes famous, her dream finally comes true when she meets the actor. She's in love- but he doesn't love her (he's kind of a conceited poopface, you know?)- and she won't leave him alone. When the actor and her are making a movie together, she won't leave him alone on the set. She's constantly hounding him, trying to be alone with him.
Through all of this, she doesn't realize how big of a movie star she's become. And she doesn't care. But the actor does. Now it seems that because of her, his 15 minutes of fame is over. The spotlight is on her now.
Frustrated and angry, he finally comes up with a plan to get rid of her. He asks the head of a Californian gang to "rub her out", which incidentally, falls into the gangster's (the one who loves the actress) hands.

Ironic anyone? Haha...sorry if that was too long, but I thought some people might want to know the plot. Tell me what you think about it _smile.gif
And question #2, I want to know what would be a good stage name for the actress. (You know, like Marilyn Monroe, Tallulah Bankhead, Vivien Leigh, Audrey Hepburn, Doris Day, etc.)

I've been thinking:
Rosaline Ray
Pamela Doe
Dawn Dalry
Denise Dolly
Pamela Barlow
Denise Dalry

Okay, I'm not too good with names, but think of a good stage name if you can... happy.gif Thnx much

The plot was really good! It's fantastic! You did an excellent job. Anyways, about a name for the actress, I can't think of one. I'm not good with names. But here are some: Elle Bursch (pronounced bursh)...Fiona Benkay...Rachel Andrews...something.

But haven't I seen this similiar plotline before?

Shallow man pays attention to long ignored woman who suddenly has fame?

The gangster thing is a twist, though.

Becoming a famous hollywood actor/actress is a brutal job.....if she was so transfixxed on getting this guy to be with her I don't think she would have been completely focused on her job like she needed to be....I dont think it's believable
tyedyefroggy
hmm the plot sounds really thought out LoL but anyways, in real life you cant just KABOOM! and be an actor, thats just a comment of mine LoL

about the name Pamela Barlow sounds nice to me, how about Kelsi Nickleson, Isa Becker, Becca Roberts, Mariah Jones.....I cant think of anymore LoL
