Neither of my parents know. I hate it.

My friend didn't tell her dad she was dating my friend all last year. It was strange because they would only hang out at school. She and her dad are Jehovah's Witnesses so I dont know if they plays into anything, other than her dad just might be strict.

My parents don't want me dating til I'm in college...but I've already had three boyfriends. I guess the stricter your parents are, the more wild you become when you grow up? Well, that's what some of my close friends say, "Oh Jessica is going to be such a party whore when she grows up." Eeeh, I'm pretty mild though.

Anyways, my second bf, my dad saw us kissing and thought of us only as best friends. I think my dad is extremely oblivious sometimes. And my mom just thinks my bfs just treat me like a younger sister - so they're like older brothers? Er, I guess they do act that way, sometimes. Gah! Incest!

I wish I could tell my parents. Haha, but they would totally freak. They have really high expectations and a normal guy wouldn't have all those qualities. I'm sorry, but there's just not a perfect guy in the world for them. There is for me...but my parents don't see him as perfect, in fact, they see him as a nothing. Because he's not as cute as the popular boy at my school, or incredibly rich, or the smartest. Sooo I just go behind my parents back..yeah >.>

I honestly wouldn't know how to deal with my parents not knowing about my boyfriend. But then my sister has always told my parents everything, so maybe I'm just following her example.

this answers are shocking me.. are everyone's parents cool with it? even if they're strict and give you an age limit, at least you CAN like a boy.

if my parents thought i had a boyfriend.. no, if they saw me NEAR A GUY or knew i liked someone, THEY WOULD KILL ME and send me back to india.

its crazy how long i've been with this guy and my parents don't know. like we've gotten caught being boyfriend/girlfriend once or twice by my mom already because she's cunning, but both my parents assume i am "single".
but they know who my boyfriend is, they "know" that we're really good friends and that we're going to "wait" until i finish my education. *asian parents* specifically chinese parents.
but i know for a fact that somewhere in my mom's brain, she knows we're still dating.

so no, i don't tell them about my boyfriends because they'll say no and give me a speech about how i'll get pregnant and not go to college and get a good job and screw up my life. :]

My parents are surprisingly not bad about boyfriends...well, now anyways. When I had my first serious relationship, they had to get over it cause I think they knew I'd still see him...and we ended up together for almost 2 years so they got over it.

My parents know and don't care. But...I'm over 18 and they really don't have a say in whether or not I can have a boyfriend. They've always been really cool about this kind of stuff though; they trust me to make the right choices.

I have a boyfriend. My parents somewhat care i guess. They managed to search through my message history of conversations i had with him. That wasnt fun at all.

my mom & grandparents would NEVER let me have a boyfriend. until i'm like whut, 18? xD but my stepdad lets me, but he just doesn't want me to mention it to him. idk why. hehe. at least i have one parent's approval right ? (:
