Is it true that if you live with a whole bunch of girls(example:mother, sisters, or roommates) that you guys get your period at the same time!

I asked my friend about it and she said that she had two female roommates in college and they all got there periods at the same time!! How bout yal? Is it true?

yea it's scientifically proven... it's because of the hormones we excrete. However, if your on birthcontrol then you would get it at your own set time.

Me, my sister, and our best friend get our periods all at the same time because we hang out so much together.

It's proven, at least to me.
4 female cousins+aunt+staying in house over summer= about 15 total periods.
15 periods= nearly 15 fits of pms-induced rage on the only guy in the house(and I was only 10 , I learned to fear women at times)

Aha its true. I read it in a magazine. I think like, their hormones start imitating each other or somethin? Forgot. they only get it around the same times though, not AT the same time exactly

haha, Ive learned when your around a bunch of girls for a long period of time it could happen.

I was around like 50+ everyday...during the fall season... for like 4 hours and every weekend from 4:30am-11pm (Saturdays) or even on Sundays till late. And we all knew when it was that time...everyone would get all crazy.

you kno whats wierd? is me and a bunch of my friends all start ours at about the same time...its kind of wierd...but I havent really heard about that. Its pretty interesting tho, if thats true.

its tru cuz my neighbor had heres and i guess i conformed to her cycle so now when she ends hers i noe when to grab the midol and the ice cream scoop

yup, it's true. it happens when you use the same bathroom or when you're just around the person a lot. i heard that if you smell them you can get it too, but i don't think so.

I never get it at the same time as my mom or sis, but me and 1 of my friends (that i know of)pretty much always do.I'm not even that close to her weird

i don't think you have to live with them. i became really close with some of my friends. we hung out a lot and stuff and were together a lot, so we all had out periods at the same time, and then once we kinda separated, they weren't all at the same time.

its true!!! i go to an all girls school & me & my friends ALWAYS get it at the same time!!! its kinda good kinda bad. good cuz you know SOMEONE is bound to have a pad or a tampon if you run out, but we do get on eachothers nerves sometimes when we all got PMS at the same time. lol.
