I waited till 19. I never wanted to date much in highschool. In college I found a girl I wanted to share my first kiss with and it was pretty awesome. I don't regret it at all.

Yes I think it makes a difference...I was born in Hong Kong and I live in Vancouver, and I know how these two cultures are different. Even now when I live in Vancouver, my parents still teach me the way a traditional parent from Hong Kong would. North America has always been more open to kissing at younger ages...not so much in Hong Kong.
