Devastation
dude, it would be cool if like they combined two systems and made itinto one, that would be badass lmfao.
CEP
Not really.
Then it would be a heavy machine( Xbox ) that doesn't have online capabilities ( GC ) and will eventually break down after 2 years.( PS2 )
You wouldn't want that.

the xbox heavyness could be alright.. ur not suppose 2 be moving while ur playing.. ur supposed to find a comfy spot and play there until there is no 2morrow...

the online compabilities thing is okay because then the cost would be high for it.

I think it'll be great if there's just one gaming company. Then they'll really be focusing on the quality of the games, not unworty remakes of famous titles.
Mr. Psychotic
gamecube has online but like 2 games to go online with
Stupid_Fat_Boy
that sounds like a new college haha

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...*gasp gasp*...HAHAHAHAHAHA. That'd be like Communism, it'd never work. They'd have a huge monopoly and continously roll out "new" games in an effort to make a quick buck. Then that would mean that all of the games are stale sucky remakes of old games and eventurally turn people away. Of course those people good at programming would band together to make their own games and then the system would end.
ikayto
na if they all banded together to make games there'd be no drive to boost the bar up to better improve the quality and speed of games. ;p
F1R3B4T
ikayto is right. no competition will screw up the system. slack slack n more slack.
unless of course they all release their own games. dunno
lmfao that will be hilarious
acidbreeze
Also, because they would be the only company producing video games, people would still want them, and "Ninstatox" would be able to set super-high prices without any effects from competition. ..HUGE monopoly. It would be chaos.

Nah, they won't set it to high prices. If they do, people will just stop buying games, that's all. They will eventually have to pull the prices down.
