yeah before i sleep i usually work out both my arms with weights and do some pushups and situps
miss barnes
i do at practice which is just about every weekday...i try to run on the weekends

•bicycling for 20-22 mins.
•30 pushups
•30 situps
•30 situps [obliques]

man i used to work out so much....Everyday i would go running for a mile or two, and then when i got home i would do atleast 15-30 min of crunches, and then do the taebo workout video thing, i had to do all that stuff to train for soccer. And i was in such good shape, i miss that! lol, now i only work out once a week, but i run about 2 or 3 times a week, man i have to get back in shape again pinch.gif

i'm pretty much lazy now.... the only time i would work out is when i went to soccer conditioning, practice, or weight training... but there's no weight training for soccer any more cuz everyone was lazy and they didnt come.

I work out at the gym for about two hours on the weekdays. At the start and end of my day, i do 50 pushups,100 situps and 20 pullups.

hmm i would workout if i could everyday but i do it like everyweekend.

300 sometimes + situps
20lbs dumbells iunno the names of all the exercises i do twith dumbells but i do like 20 reps of curls on each arm and other stuff.
and sometimes i go the the gym and bench, and do inclines

about once a week. nothing intense though. dont lift weights or anything...

but im starting weight training in mid feb so i will soon =]
with all the hawt guys =p

kinda...i have dance 2-4 days a week (depends) and then if i have extra time or just feel like it, i'll work out on other days too.

i have basketball practice almost every day..i don't know if that counts..

but this summer..i'm trying to get "going to the gym"...in my schedule...^_^

i work out every other day xD but its not like one of those extreme things. Just running situps and that sort of stuff.

i work out 2 to 3 days a week. and it hard! i have to do it for tennis. pinch.gif

pretty much everyday, running a few miles everyday most of the time.

i take walks around the neigborhood every now and then but i dont really do those long length workouts for my arms,etc. (: just want to stay healthy but no big muscles (:
