The question is, do you think that there's any male in this world or a large percentage of them that DON'T masturbate, never have never will? I got in an arguement with my mom over this, because she said that EVERY SINGLE red blooded male human on this earth over the age of 18 masturbates. I didn't think this was true, because I knew there were some religions that forbid it. Like in the middle east, when they were torturing the prisoners, one of the things they made them do was masturbate in front of them, and it was considered such a big deal because their religion forbade it.

Any thoughts on this?

i think i would agree with you there....not every male masturbates.....but not only because of their religion...there might be other factors

To be all scientific, it's actually somewhat of a neccessity. Too much sperm production without a release should cause the body to release it on it's own aka wet dreams. Although sometimes it doesn't work, I have a friend who was actually perscribed by the doctor to masturbate more often, because he has a massive buildup of sperm and since he and his body have done nothing about it, he has a swollen testicle. When he told me this, I think I passed out from laughing so hard.

As for guys who have never masturbated at all, I know one, but his reasons are religious.

I know a few guys who have stopped, but they did it in the past. I think these cases make up most of the percentage of guys who don't masturbate. Those who have never done it all (and they're telling the truth) I'd say make up for maybe 15-20% of every guy on the planet.

I'd say the majority of males masturbate, there's a small percent out there who don't. But I'd say everyone's masturbated atlest once. I know some hardcore religious people that admit they've done it before, just to try it.

I think that saying every single bloody male masturbates is just a stupid stereotype. That's like saying every single female in the world cries over spilt milk. A lot of males around the world are very religious, and masturbation is off-limits for them. Some people may say that males always think about sex, and they always want to have sex with girls. This isn't true either. Other, more religious men often save themselves for marriage. They may think about sex, but they won't actually do it.

i concur. it makes sense that not all men masturbate becuz males in Iraq are limited to sexual imagery of a woman. Women there are always covered up, all over their bodies cuz its part of their religion and thus leaves little for the male eyes to see. and i know for a fact that its cuz of their religion that most men dont even know what masturbation is.
