this is how the saggy pant thing got started: In a jail, somewhere down south i think, the jail couldnt afford belts for the prisoners, thus the prisoners had to walk around w/the baggy jail pants w/out a belt, THUS that caused their pants 2 sag.

Suddenly every little boy in the country was walkin around with his pants at his knees thinkin it was "gangsta"

i *sorta* sag although you can't tell.. i just tuck in my shirt in the front so the belt shows and i don't want my pants to be way up so i pull them down a little.. but it's all good cuz the pants don't go under my butt haha

I also heard that the cops invented the sagging of pants so that when thugs do it thinking they're all that, and they get in trouble and try to run from the cops, their saggy pants inhibits a lot of motion so they can't run as fast and thus the cops are able to catch them.

Eh some guys just look good with the whole saggy pants look you know? Like not down to their knees or the point where you can see the ( x ) because that's kind of wrong. But I mean some guys...When they wear a dressy button down shirt and baggy sagged pants, the look's not that bad as long as the pants aren't sagged too low. And some of the guys I know just let their pants sit low on their hips with a belt, and I don't think it looks that bad. (Yeah I know, I repeat myself LoL.)
