DO NOT starve urself and drink tons of water it helps washes out the wastes in ur body =] and exercise hehe it doesnt matter how much u eat and what u eat, as long as u work it off

just cut back on the fatter food but still keep them in your diet like reward yourself every once and a while when you keep on eating the right foods. maybe join a team? swimming always works for me :]

Eat more meals with smaller portions. Cut back on sugar and any processed foods (cans, microwave) because they are loaded with ...bad things. huh.gif Forgot the word. Lolx. I lost 5 pounds in one month (which isn't a lot but I also gained some muscle)... I'm 5'2 1/2 (I'm short), 15, and 114 or 115.

Cravings are horrible so find the one treat you really love and treat yourself once in a awhile. Your body feels good, your taste buds are happy, and you're less likely to jump off your plans.

CARDIO! Dance, run, walk, jump...WHATEVER. Just get you heart pounding.

Which reminds me... I got to get my lazy bum off the coach and start moving.

avoid bubble tea [yeah it`s hard--buh the heck?! a cup of bubble tea is the same as 3 bowls of rice] and other stuff like bread and rice...they have too much carbs

Simple: Burn more calories than you take in.
DON'T do Atkins, you actually need carbs. They're one of your main sources of energy. If you want to cut back carbs, cut back on simple carbs like donuts...ect. But you do need complex carbs like breads and noodles.

Hey well I m 5'6" and weigh 150. I need help sooooo badly I tell my friends oh its just normal for me but i feel soooo guilty. I mean do u have any diets that will ACTUALLY WORK!!!! because i was anorexic before and lost 13 pounds soooo i might just stick with that... sad.gif cry.gif

I'm like, 163cm and weigh about 140. I'm really fat for my age(14). Keep doing exercises. That's what I'm TRYING to do these days. And eat less helps too. wink.gif

I'm 5''6, 12 years old, and about 135lbs. That's really heavy.

I think it's because of muscle.. cuz I have muscle like EVERYWHERE literally. But, what I do when I feel like I'm fat is drink lots of water and eat APPLES =)

Cause, if you like 12-14, thats all still baby fat, believe it or not. And ur body is still growing from 14-18.

So, if you diet when u young, ur gonna prevent/resist any new or any growth needed.

Exercise and sprint. Drink more water. Eat less carb.

Do that and you'll be able to lose a lot of weight.

One thing I've realised, your weight doesn't matter as long as you don't look it. This is because you might have large bones or heavy bones.

go on atkins. my mom went on atkins and she lost 50 pounds. she looks great. but still eat a little carbs, cause you're a teen and you need you're carbs. drink water. it'll fill you up and make you less hungry. excersize. there's this excersize machine called the olyptical. my mom and me use it, it works great.

thats hard... >.< haha.. i dont think sit ups are really helping me with "losing weight".. cuz i think thats more of "getting rid of fat and repalcing it with muscle". to lose kinda around your tum, do push up position (instead of using your hands, use yur lower arm for support) for a while. i guess thats helped me some...

is about 110 lbs overweight for a 4' 11'' person -_-.. (probably but i just had to ask)

i always i'm think fat and short, i still do, but when i really look at myself and people from my skewl, i'm tiny o.o, but i still want to get thiner, mayb not skinny, but toned, i guess maybe you could exercise? keep like a schedule or something, always exercising at least lik how long and keep doing it all the times becasue if you do it once and stop, i heard you get fatter or something. dont stop eating or anything like that, some people get fatter that way, but some get skinnier, either way its jus not healthy. even if you did get skinnier, dont mean you'll look better. because of starvation, you might look so pale.

It's natural for teens to gain some weight during puberty; you shouldn't try to lose it.

The only exception is if you are overweight for your age or height.


You should just eat right; or not eat so much junk food. I tend to do that, but it seems have the opposite effect.

Its not about losing weight or being skinny. Its about being healthy :)

If you really want to lose weight though, try not to eat within 2 hours before sleep. Always eat breakfast because that raises your metabolism. Also, EXERCISE! :D
