Guys techniqally do have a period. Once a month if guys notice they will get a erection for over 20 mins... sometime during the month. Most of the time in sleep. That is to insure the plumbiing is working

What the hell, there's no proof that exists at all. Maybe you're just loaded with hormones. How would you know you get an erection during your sleep for over twenty minutes? The menstrual cycle cleanses out the system. Erections are only blood being held inside the penis.

it happens every day. thats why we get those random erections that just pop out of nowhere (no pun intended). like how blood flows everywhere in our bodies, it also flows through your penis to make sure it's still working. i learned this in biology
