Boobs hurt. You can't control when you start your period, which is a LOT worse than getting a boner, because it stains red and gives you cramps. There's also the whole discharge crud when you get horny... Getting pregnant. Pain from 'pleasure'. Titty twisters(I know guys get them too, but I get them a lot >.<) Small penis? Small boobs can be worse. I mean, with a penis.. it's more about how you use it. With boobs, you can't really hide the fact that they are small (unless you stuff, though a lot of people can tell anyways) MAJOR mood swings. Male relatives being mean to your boyfriends or teasing you all the time.
