Urm.... there's a printscreen key on your keyboard. After you press printscreen, go to MS Paint or something and CRTL V....

Yeh and if you don`t know where it is, its on the right side of F12 and on the left of scroll lock... press that once and like justHere4NoReason sed, go to MS Paint or something and save it, then upload it..
