Okay, I know there's stuff like PSP out there, but I can't get it. The problem is that I have a freaking DIAL UP connection, so it would take forever. My parents are huge cheapos and don't want to spend any money. I am currently using something called PaintStar, but it doesn't have everything i want. Plus the trial is almost over. I hate this. Anyone?

photo studio 5.5. its a pretty good program its not a trial or anything and its free! you can even make animated images and image map there

never have tried photo studio.. but gimp is kinda sorta exactly like adobe photoshop 6.0 :]
