the image quality isnt that great and the words on your banner are a bit fuzzy, unless you made it that way. other than that, its good.

how can you change the image quality or why does it become low.

its a cute skin...you should try to optimize the image so it can come out better but its a great skin!

I like the colors. And yeah, your image is low quality.

Optimize means to save it with a higher quality. So if it's a .gif, save is as a .jpg. If it's already .jpg, save with a higher quality.

I third this. Ashlee Simpson is cool and I like the images, but I don't favor the quality. Not bad though.

yeah I agree with pretty much everyone else.. I'm not that fond of the text where it says ashlee simpson because it's kinda blurry and the edges look pixelated.. but other than that it's nice.

it's... the image at the top looks rough.. not smooth like some images..

i like the white circles near thebottom, but not on her head. they look weird.

the banner doesn't blend nicely into the top of the background.

the ashlee simpson words are too.. rough. they look un-anti-aliased and then blurred.

i like how you used a different font with the font linking and whatnot.. but i don't like how it capitalizes on hover and moves everything around.

Well its ok... i think you could have managed to atleast blend the begining of the commenting column with the header or banner, whatever you call it, then blend it back into the rest of the column instead of just the direct change.
theres really no color which gives it a very plain look.
Theres no background which makes the layout very boring down towards the end of your posts.

if we were going 1 - 10 i would give you probably like a 3 or 4.
