What I actually really like about this piece, though, is that I didn't use other people's resources (except for Yasny's brushes) and supplied my own. I took a photograph of a wood tile floor at a friends house and edited it so it'd look nice and smooth. Then, I drew a rendition of a playing card (Ace of Spades) and scanned it in and vectored it. After that, I just threw in a few textures, shadows, and whatnot to clean it up and make it look... decent. But yeah, I'm sort of glad I'm starting to really appreciate the process of creating the results rather than the results themselves. Hopefully that's a good thing.
Constructive criticism and/or comments would be cool.
