I use to come here all the time and submit graphics and they all ran through within 48hrs with an acception or denial. Is the site dead now or something? It seems like it taking over a week now to get a message back on image submissions.

We are low on staff members right now and the wait is going to be a lot longer then usual. Sorry

In my mind, there must be a reason for that.
People keep saying there are only 2 people on the design staff but when I looked under "Official Designers", there are like 400 people (a little exaggerated for effect). Me personally- as an observer-that tells me that people don't want to work here for some reason.

It's like Nylon Magazine. I lurk around to see who's coming and going because I like fashion, and so on. It seems like every 6 months to 1 year, they are looking for a new Assistant Editor-in-Chief there. A fashion magazine in New York City? Who wouldn't want that? So why can't they keep that position filled?

I got a little off topic but my point is...of all the designers here...all they have to do is look at materials. I'm sure it's hard work but it's not bagging groceries. So what gives? I don't mean to sound mercenary but are they paid? If not, that could be part of the problem. Idk.
