anyone downloaded it? is it worth it? significant changes besides the ugly new icon?

There's ping (social network)... if you use it. a lot of little changes, but imo, not worth upgrading if you're already using itunes 9.

I want a tutorial for it.

The way the playlists are organized is a little different and I hate it. There's this column that I cannot get rid of. Ugh.
