i haven't did much designing lately i've been to caught up in my photography. C: so i dicided to get back into it with missy higgins and hayley williams. C&C would be fabulous. :D

The cutting or blending on the Missy Higgins one is really clean. They're both pretty clean, actually. But other than that, they're ok. I don't like the font choice in either, and the brushes in the Hayley Williams one are...bleh.
Overall they're a bit plain. You should try experimenting with textures and stock photos instead of just brushes and text.

As much as I despise the site, I can't deny that
Swimchick is a pretty good place for tutorials on what you need. She does a lot of image work.

Your blending skills are uh-may-zing. I agree you should add more to give your graphics some more pizazz. Great improvement!

One word: Scriptina. It's a sin. If you're using Photoshop, check out some of my tutorials. They'll teach you about colorizing and some texture bits and typography for good measure. The blending is pretty legit though. :)

thanks for the feel back!! and thank you for the blending comment!! i trry. and i've been doign some tutiorals on textures and whatnot soo i'll probs have something to show for it tomorrow.
