Eh, it's not too shabby, actually. The only things that bother me is that ugly font and the texture in the background seems a bit odd, like a bit too much noise or low quality or something. Also, don't you think it should be a tad more bigger and seamless for a layout header (that is, if you're not going to put it in some boring, stupid box)?

^Agreed but what I personally don't like is the color you made her She's too orange.

Okay, this is what I noticed:

1. OMGOD CHANGE THE FONT

3. Yes, I agree, she is too orange-looking. At first I didn't notice it so much, but after manny pointed it out, I took another look, and I agree completely.
4. Yes.. in the upper right of the banner you can see how it looks low quality. maybe you should try using a different texture.

I would totally just take off the text - choosing fonts and making them suit the image isn't your best point. Also, it would look fine without the text imo.
I agree that it seems to be very... orange and very pixelly.
Try not to over sharpen?

I think its one of the best headers I've seen you make in a while. I agree with the fact that she is a little too orange. However I personally like the background textures you used. They're not overpowering. One thing I don't like is the font you used.

Haha, the orange looks pink from this screen, but either ways, it definitely needs to be toned down, especially in her skin. I agree about the font, and I don't think that rainbow circle around the one on the left is necessary. Remember not to overuse the sharpening tool - it can only do so much ^^;

I don't like the two blended images, sorry.. they just look awkward. What is the whole point of calling it a masquerade if there's not even a hint or sign in this picture that represents masquerade? Go creative and dare yourself to add on captivating things onto your picture. Sunbursts and the coloring you applied wouldn't really be my choice on a picture like this, but anything can look good. I think this image would look much better in a grungy mysterious tone.
