Okay, so I have a Zune. (Don't hate.) It's been working fine, but today I turned it on but it didn't work. I tried pressing the down button to navigate through my menu, but it did nothing. I don't know why it's not working. I did not lock it and the right button works. HELP ME. D:

Did you try putting it in the charger?

It's fully charged. I'll try draining out the battery to see what happens.
